We have received several mailings regarding the recent 3D events at the
Palace Theater in New Haven, CT.; most recently a showing of "Blade Runner".
I would like it to be known that VRex was not affiliated with Greg Bagarozy
or the GRB Group in these productions and is not supporting his 2D to 3D
film conversions as referenced in the recent Photo-3D e-mailings. This
event was not produced using a VRex 3D product nor was it done using VRex's
technology or support.

Any use of the VRex name by Mr. Bagarozy in connection with these events at
the Palace was unauthorized. We would very much appreciate notification of
any similar events where VRex's name or technology may be misrepresented.

I would also like to make it known that VRex remains commited to bringing to
market products which represent the highest standards associated with
quality stereoscopic 3D. We continue to value the input and opinions of
serious 3D professionals and welcome dialogue about standards and issues
related to our industry.
