Broken 3Discover viewer!

I have a 3discover viewer that has hardly been used and it quit working just the 
other day.  I know that it isn't the batteries because I replaced them twice and 
the thing still won't work!  The red light is coming on but the advance wheel 
doesn't turn at all.  Can anyone help me with this?  I seem to recall that in 
the past someone mentioned that Wrebbit would replace defective viewers.  
Anyway, I would appreciate anyone's help!  Thanks, Ron Short
