Greg Erker writes about the Ipix site that takes fisheye
pics and combines them into a interactive computer image.

I happened to run into the site 3 weeks ago and wondered
the same thing; if it would be possible to convert them to
3D. It also reminded me alot of Apple's Quicktime VR.
I didn't give it much more thought than that until about
a week later, when I stumbled across another site, that
describes (very nicely) how to convert Quicktime VR into
anaglyph and where to get the appropriate software. This
seems to be much like the NASA Pathfinder anaglyph VR,
that they had on their web site a while back. The software
is reasonably priced and looks like a project worth persuing.
