I bought three copies at Kinokuniga (questionable spelling) Bookstore in
San Francisco.  There are other branches of this store in large cities
with sizable Japanese populations.  If the book is not in stock, they
will order it for you, although they will charge extra for shipping
(about $7 per copy if I remember correctly).  They may also give you a
lousy exchange rate.  I paid $52; the listed price is 3600 yen.  That
said, I haven't regretted the purchase for one moment.
