Belplasca question

I've actually seen and held a couple of Belplascas 8-)
and both of them had a funny chracteristic and I wonder
if it's normal. When you push the shutter button, the
wind knob rotates for a split second and then a little
later the shutter opens. The film actually stops moving
before the shutter opens so it's not too important but
it does seem curious. I didn't notice it on the first
one and then I noticed it on the second one, went back
and looked at the first one, and lo and behold... So
it's a little subtle but you'll see it if you're looking.
Is this normal?

Thanks,
John B
