Sunset Color Lab has advertised in Popular Photography and Shutterbug. I
have an old October 1996 Pop Photo in front of me, but I don't know their
current status. I have used them for flattie slides and prints several
times, but the last time was over a year ago. I believe someone wrote that
they lost their film and/or complained about the quality of the results, but
personally I have had good luck with them.

Maybe part of the problem is that they do not advertise a street address or
phone number... just a POBOX:
