Stereo negatives

A couple questions for the stereoview makers on the list: Does Grand
Photo return the negatives rolled in the film cannister the way Photo
Works does?

What is the best way to store the negatives?  

Do you store them cut or uncut?

If uncut, how do the labs feel about handling them that way for
reprints?
