With regards to monitors: I wouldn't be too bothered about trying to
get a monitor with shorter phosphors.  A monitor with standard P22
phosphors should be fine.  Just make sure both the vertical and horizontal
frequency ranges are sufficiently high to meet your requirements.
120Hz at 1024x768 non-interlaced may produce a horizontal freq beyond
the capability of most monitors but this may be beyond your real need.
