If their E-mail doesn't work, they've probably abandoned the site and the
ISP will take it down eventually. I recently read that some company had run
a check of websites and found that some extremely high percentage of them
had not been altered or updated in any way in over a year. It's time for
someone to establish a sort of Internet Elephant's Graveyard where old
websites can go to die.
