Yes, the new card that I bought for my PC at home is an ATI Mach64
based one, and was bought so that I'd have a card on their list of
supported chips.

It still says "Unknown....."  (running Windows 95) like yours does.

I wrote a week ago to Albert Lin (apec@xxxxxxxxxxxx) who had posted 
a letter saying  "Feel free to contact me if you have any problems",
but I've received no response as yet.
