re: Chuck Miller wants to know how big an hourglass he needs to
time the return of his lenticular prints via drop off at Walgreens.
I don't know about Walgreens, but a local Wal-Mart stated 7-10
days. Note that most photo drop-off places actually mean "working
days" when they say "days." I'd be very surprised if Walgreens
is doing anything other than forwarding the film, and also very
surprised if the prints are ready in less than 2 weeks. 3 weeks
is probably more likely, unless the lab is giving priority to
places like Wal-Mart and Walgreens (versus directly mailed-in
film). And with the holiday this week you can probably tack on
a few extra days.
I hope your wait is a lot less than I expect. Please let us know
how it turns out.
