P3D 3D on television

side by side, I think in color (but not sure), and the narrator implied

the clip was made around 1946 (also not sure of that - there was a 2D home
movie clip just before the 3D clip).

I didn't see the show, but you're clearly describing a clip from a Bolex 3D
system (16mm), which were somewhat popular (with those who could afford
them) in the late 40s and early 50s.

If somebody gets a chance to videotape the show, I would appreciate it if
they could describe the clip in greater detail.
