P3D Film Cleaner

I do not use gloves or tweezers when handling my slide film. I firmly
grab the chips when mounting in Albion mounts especially. After mounting
I clean the chips with an anti-stat film cleaner and
Q-tip......ocassionally I may not clean them until the next day. I have
not noticed any problems with this method. I make sure I wash my hands
first. I understand I may be getting oil on the film but is there any
harm to this in the short period of time before I use the film cleaner?
