Interesting aspect, that I never thought of. But I do know of someone who
refuses to wear those glasses in 3D movies and rental bowling shoes for
that matter! Hmmm, now that I think about it, he forgot to disinfect the
microscope, that his colleague's had peered into, moments ago.
Personally, I am not too concerned about this probably valid point.
Having said that, it's interesting to note that the face is where
bacteria are most prevalent. On the legs, there are about 8,000
per square inch and 40,000 per square inch on the chest. On the face,
there are over 2,000,000 creatures, calling your face their home.
Now, if you think that is bad, there is yet another creature that calls
your face, "Home Sweet Home". Until fairly recently, unknown, mites
permanently live in the base of your eyelashes. These measure about
40 microns, compared to the tiny 1 or 2 micron bacteria.
Now before anyone worries too much and can't fall asleep tonight, here
is another thing to ponder. There are dust mites sharing your bed and
feed of your dead skin. If someone thinks, that is a sign of poor
hygiene, it is not; all houses (and faces) harbor these creatures.
So, I guess the moral of this story is that yes, your sharing
more than 3D images, when you pass that Red button!
P.S. Seriously the above is 100% true but should not be of concern
since they are normally harmless.
