P3D hello

Hello.  I'm new to this group and just wanted to say hi.  I've been very
interested in stereography since the age of 11.  When I was that age, I saw
a 3-D movie called "House of Wax" (starring Vincent Price).  I remember the
glasses I used were of the transparent, polarized, type.  The effect was
quite stunning.  Unfortunately, I never got the chance (again) to see
another 3-D movie using that process.  Actually, to tell you the truth, I'm
really surprised that this particular technique of 3-D did't catch on and
become more popular as the "3-D" effect was quite amazing!
