P3D Belplasca Focus

Does anybody know how to adjust the focus scale on a Belplasca?  I used
ground glass and a target at 1 meter to check out the focus relative to
the scale on the focus ring, and found that it is waaaay off.  I tried
shifting the scale around the lens, but that doesn't work becuase the
travel is still limited to the original setting.

I tried to look this subject up in the photo-3D archive, but I couln't
get that to work either.

Help!
