Mr. Billingsley:  Your web site explains nothing.  It merely mentions
"the Horizontal Displacement Effect" and makes claims IN CAPITAL LETTERS
of miraculous 3D from television, video games, computer screens, etc. 
Put up or shut up - give us a brief description of your invention right
here.
