P3D Sprocket Problem

Greetings all --

Recently, I began having trouble advancing the film in my Realist.
Sometimes it would advance, other times not.  I removed the turning knob
and discovered that one of the little teeth had broken off the turning
sprocket.  I can still advance the film by turning the sprocket itself,
but this is a major pain, as it is pretty small.  Does anyone know if
the sprocket itself can be repaired or  replaced?  The rest of the
camera is in perfect working order and I would hate to see it shelved.
