P3D Polarization methods

I saw a photo-3d e-mail, earlier, from someone who watched a "3-D" movie at
a local movie theater. They said the quality of the "3-D" was very poor
due to the fact that it was projected on a non-polarized screen.

Well, there is another way to produce a very good "3-D" effect without
using a polarized screen. And, this method is much less costly than
purchasing a polarized screen.

What is done, basically, is to put a polarizing filter onto each of the two
film projectors. Of course, obviously, the correct L / R filters have to
be put onto the respective film projectors.
