P3D Kodachrome and CD Mysteries

I just picked up a Realist in great shape, and when I opened the back up:
WHOOPS! there was a roll of kodachrome inside. But this was not an ordinary
roll of Kodachrome, but one labeleed STEREO KODACHROME !!!

When did Kodak produce rolls of film specifically for stereo cameras? My
Kodak guide " Picture it in Stereo" has no mention of Stereo Kodachrome. I
figure this will tell me when the camera was last used.

Next mystery. I picked up a CD at a local pawnshop that was missing the
front cover insert, but the plastic cover was ribbed just like a lenticular
print. Does anyone know if the Velvet Underground's "Loaded" CD had a
lenticular cover? I stuck some paper with lines on it behind the cover and
YES, some of the lines are now 3D !!!!
