I would add that, chances are with a '50s stereo camera, your shutter
is a little slow anyway. 1/100 on the dial may in reality BE 1/90.
Of course it's best if you have it tested and know for sure, but as
George says the error isn't very significant anyway.

You'll find that as you meter the shot, if you hold down the reading
button and tip the meter up and down (so that it "sees" a slightly
different view of the scene) you can vary the reading significantly,
like +/- a half-stop with only a few degrees rotation (assuming a
contrasty scene here).

I'll go out on a limb and assume you're not using the 5- or 10-degree
spot-metering viewfinder with your IV-F, so it's going to be hard to
determine exactly whether the field of view of the meter is matching
the field of view of the taking lens, the point being that there are
more variables in the equation than whether or not your shutter speed
and aperture exactly match the meter indication.

The best thing to do when starting out with a new meter/camera combination
is to go shoot a test roll, taking careful notes of 1. the frame number,
2. the meter reading, 3. the camera settings you used. Bracket up and
down a stop. Then when you get the results, you can determine if you
should be consistently rounding to the next higher or lower shutter
speed, etc.
