Just to clarify:

  I hold the Realist with the recommended
hand placement when I use the camera without
a flash. But I find that when you attach a
flash to the hot shot it gets top and front
heavy and thus hard to hold with this
sandwich grip.

  Thus my liking of the Stroboframe grip
for improving the holdability.
