For me the most important message at the site was "trust your
meter"!  Excellent advice that I've heard echoed here by someone,
the citation escapes me.  :-)

Seriously, though, will somebody please explain to me the anti-meter
sentiment that seems so pervasive in this group?  I can't fathom it.
