P3D flash synch

I've been lurking for about 3 weeks now. I have dabbled in 3d
photography over the years; there is an old Underwood viewer
(manufactured in 1901) in the family.
Recently I've been wondering how to synchronize flash with a twin 35mm
set-up - cheap. I thought about a salvaged Radio Controll unit, servo,
solenoid. Since I know nothing about this ; it would be a time
consuming project. I even searched this mailing list archive , but
didn't come up with anything. Then I came back to a simple solution use
2 air cable releases with a T connector. I purchased a 2nd air cable
release ( it's identical to one I bought 20 years ago) black
-bulb-comes
with 20 feet of tubing and an adaptor for a Nikon shutter release. -
$9.99 at Black's in Canada. I use 3 -12 inch lengths
I bought a package of 4 T's (only 1 was needed but they wouldn't split
the pack) from a radio control hobby shop sold for a fuel line for the
outrageous price of $4.49
3/32" inside dia. No. FOR111 large Fuel Fittings -Tees

I was hoping by this time to have shot some film and report more
scientifically. With both backed open and looking through the lenses it
appears to be synchronized to 1/30th - 1/60th sec.
Hope this helps other frugal dabblers . I'll have to drop this mailing
list soon .I follow 2 others as well. I'm getting overloaded with info
All for now David (near Toronto)
