   I've seen one of their systems at a local Art Fair and
it looked really nice!  This consisted of a helium filled 
balloon about 4 foot diameter and about 6 - 8 feet long. 
The owner had both a video and still camera mounted on the 
gondola.  The video was used for composing using a pan tilt 
head which both of the cameras were attached to.
The still camera was remote triggered, of coarse.

   The owner used the system for many applications where a "low
aerial" Photography was appropriate.  Check it out!
