We got another one out there boys! check out:

http://www.c3dtv.com/

There a little more expensive though, only $400 !

Here's their pitch:

"C-3DTM is proud to introduce the world's first "real-time" 3-D generator
for any television. C-3D can be used to enhance network television, cable,
video games, video cassettes, satellite programs, or any other signal source
that can be played on a normal television! Imagine watching your favorite
movie - Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Indiana Jones - in 3-D!

The C-3D video converter makes each of these more exciting and fun to watch
than ever before. Watching your favorite football team in 3-D is the closest
thing to being there. Children are mesmerized by seeing their action heroes
in 3-D. Youth enjoy their music videos more than ever. Everyone's viewing
enjoyment is enhanced with C-3D.....
When each of your eyes see an image in a slightly different way,
your brain can add them to create a 3-D image.
The problem with television, though, is that it's flat. Each of your
eyes sees the same thing, and when there aren't two different pictures for
your brain to analyze you see only two dimensions.
Enter C-3D. By digitally processing the image your television
displays in real-time, and with the help of the electronic 3-D glasses that
plug into C-3D console, each of your eyes is shown a slightly different
image. When your brain combines them, it is made to see 3-D where, in
reality, only a 2-D image exists!.....C-3D is a first in the audio/visual
industry. Its ability to take any signal meant for a television, decide how
to add real depth to the images, and display the them in "real time" is
absolutely unique."

They do give details of stereo movies using two cameras, which is what I
assume what this LCD glasses system is about, but I'm still skeptical about
the 2d to 3d stuff.
