I haven't fully digested your comments, but frankly, Sam I think your plan
stinks and it was pretty cheeky of you to post it to our list.

When you release this sort of thing (however quietly) on an unsuspecting
group, you've got to expect to turn some heads.  I suggest the next time
you feel like passing one of these, hold back a bit and let the idea ripen
before dumping it on the public.   

At least it wasn't a long-winded post.
