Good question and suggestion. Don't know, but I have thought of doing that.
Will try it next time I go. In the meantime, maybe someone on the list might
be willing to experiment and report back?
Another aspect regarding loss of light that I wondered about, was there
screen. I noticed that there screen is a very thin mesh (sort of like
fine curtains that you can see through)! This would contribute to alot
of light loss also, but the movies all seem bright enough. I wonder
what kind of screen they are using and why the fine mesh???
In anycase, they have ample lamp power, using those 15kW Xe lamps!
