Relative to circumstances... stereo hadn't had a general booster shot for
quite a while... yet coninued to exist, thankfully!!! Most who DID learn to
view stereograms weren't aware the option existed. Many who learned don't
understand the connection to stereo but find the additional information
familiar immediately. Those who have trouble seeing or understanding stereo
would have had the same trouble however the subject gets brought up, and it
likely wouldn't have been brought up.
