****  Considering stereo material seems to exist from the real exploration,
it's a shame that the movie wasn't done in 3D to start with so that when the
stereo stuff is being used, we'd get to see it as it really is. I really
hate when they hint that stereo 3D was present, but due to the 2D nature of
the film you can't really see it. What a waste.

****  That could be a very appropriate example, if true. A patent attorney
informed me that several such situations have existed in patent history, and
that some industries need the energy generated by common public involvement,
which is automatically squelched when someone claims a patent. The science
of patenting is to choose the right aspect to patent and the right time.
Other industries, perhaps more developed and less fragile benefit by
protection of a patent. Or maybe we needed a dozen competing patents to
liven things up... ;-)

****  I completely agree, though it may have been more like using an old
already broken gadget that we feel free to desecrate and smash...
