P3D Cutting 645 film for consistently

 I need some information or advice on accurately cutting 645 rolls of film.
Without some sort of accurate method of cutting the film,the jig made by
RMM in Colo. Wont help because the vertical alignment will be different for
every chip.This is a problem that only the 645 format has. I'm using a pair
of Fuji GS645W.
