Yes John, I am afraid you missed it.  It helps if:

1. Club meetings are always the same day on the month
   (Cleveland: first Tuesday, Detroit: Second Wednesday)

2. The newsletter arrives the week before the meeting so
   when you get it you know the meeting is coming the next
   specified date of the week.

(I think PSSP does both.)

3. The club keeps an email list of the email-capable members
   and sends a reminder a few days before the meeting.

4. A reminder in photo-3d tends to be dry unless if sprinkled
   with some exciting program details.

Soooo.... Detroit club meeting coming up this Wednesday,
7:30 pm, Livonia MI.

Subject of the competition:  BRIDGES

>From the newsletter I read: "Our program this month will be a
special presentation by our Award Winning member Dennis Hanser.
Dennis will be presenting a series of beautiful images he's
captured with both dual and single SLR cameras [no Realists
folks! :-)] He will also give us some insight on how to create
these types of images with a brief tutorial on stereographic
technique beyond mere composition.  Important details regarding
Near Point and Far Point objects during composition and
alignment and positioning of these points during mounting will
be discussed.  This is a presentation the serious stereographer
(and novice) wouldn't want to miss!" 

I guess this last sentence leaves me out because I am neither 
a novice or a serious stereographer! :-)  But I am curious to
see what Dennis has to say because he is beating the living
cr.. out of us this year!!! :-)
