Can you or someone else list those numbers here?

Also: 

"In 1997 you could mail in 36 exposure Kodachrome or E-6 film

I thought the amount was $4.20.  I'd hate to get messed up for 10 cents.  Can
you confirm or correct the $4.10 pricing?
