P3D Stereo Clubs

I just looked at Alex's www.stereocospy.com/clubs site as mentioned in
#2526, and I was surprised at how few of the U.S. clubs are represented
there, probably because the site is relatively new. I'm going to gather
information about Chicago Stereo CC for this site, and I hope that we have a
club member from each of the other U.S. clubs who will do likewise for
his/her own club.
