P3D Another SPECIAL 3D-CD Update...

I just sent a quick note to let the recipients of the 3D-CD know that
things are going well. I am on track for finishing the development of
the 3D-CD by the end of May. At that point I will start burning the
physical CD's and will be ready to start actually mailing these things
out. I thought that a few things I mentioned to them might be of
interest to some of you who have not decided whether to get a copy or
not yet... 

Items of interest about the 3D-CD:

1 - David Burder is including anaglyph glasses and ? with the CD, to go
along with his included site.

2 - Chromatek have sent "mailers" to include with the project that have
a few sample images and a pair of handheld glasses that you can use to
see their stuff and another site on the CD. I must admit that some of it
is just plain impressive!

3 - Dave Harvey of SOFTreat has built and offered to include a special
3D-CD version of his (much talked about on Photo-3D) 3D Photo Factory
program. The version you can download from the web is only a 15 day
trial but the 3D-CD version is 45 day trial version. Also, with your
invoice from your copy of the 3D-CD, he has said that we can buy a
registered copy of the program for $25.00 off the normal registration
fee of $69.00, or for a total of $44.00 - A REALLY GOOD DEAL!!! For most
of you this will off-set your total 3D-CD costs!!!

FYI - I am hovering at about 550 MB of stuff to be included in the CD do
far, and I am more than sure that those of you who get copies will be
thrilled with the final product. Just a few more weeks... =)
