P3D "Come one -come All"

There are two stereo exhibitions coming up in March that some of the
stereographers on P3D might be interested in.

The 41st Wichita International Exhibition of Photography, which has both
stereo slide and stereo card sections, has a closing date of March 2,
1998.  Entry forms for this exhibition can be obtained from the President
of the Wichita Photo Exhibitors Society JOHN A BROWN, P.O. BOX 8021,
WICHITA KS  67208-0021, USA

The 50th Annual Chicago Lighthouse International Exhibition of Stereo
Photography has a closing date of March 4,  1998.  This is the 50th
anniversary of this exhibition, but it is the FIRST time that there is a
stereo card section  in this event.  This is reason enough, I think, for
stereo card makers to enter this event.  BUT WAIT - there's more- This is
only stereo exhibition, to my knowledge, that supports a charity.  All
proceeds from this exhibition, including donations from entrants and
donations received at the public showings, go to aid blind people and
those who are visually impaired.  THUS - Those of us who enjoy one of
life's great visual pleasures (stereo) can provide some aid and support
to those who have vision problems. Entry forms for this exhibition can be

AVENUE, WHEATON, IL 60187-6459, USA 

Both of these exhibitions are recognized by the Photographic Society of
America (PSA) and acceptances in them may be credited towards PSA Star
Ratings.  Membership in the PSA is NOT a requirement to enter either of
these exhibitions.  Both are open to all phtographers.
