Acquiescing to the request of an individual to not include his posts in
the CD would be a courtesy on Dan's part, if there are no legal
ramifications...a necessity, if there are legal ramifications.  Now,  the
Biggie: 

Dan, if you HAVE to do this for one person, what are you in for, when
others of the same mind find out after the fact that you produced and
distributed the CD?  I guess what I'm saying is, if there is a LEGAL
question here, you need to know the LEGAL answer to it, and not
everyone's best thoughts and opinions about it  ----  for your own
protection.
