It seems to me that any list server available to anyone that wants to
subscribe is a public forum.  Posting a message is no different than standing
on a soapbox on a street corner and shouting your message to those passing by
or speaking with a news reporter.  Posting a message on P3D about a propriety
process developed by the individual would be viewed as a published work.
Publishing your work too soon, ie before copyright, trademark or patents,
could result in loosing control of your process.

I say publish the whole archive!  They are available for browsing and download
already.  Remember they call it the information super-highway.  If you do not
want every one to hear and repeat what you say go inside and speak privately.
