P3D Re: Slide bar

I have used this very bar for single-camera-shift macro stereo.  I put an
adhesive ruler along the edge, toward the right of the slot where the
center tripod mount goes.  It's not ideal, as you have to loosen the screw,
shift the camera carefully along the rubber and realign so that it's
parallel, but with some attention it worked quite well. If you have the
money, I'd go with the real thing, however.
