P3D What commercial purpose?

Where is the commercial purpose?  Unless I've forgotten the original
purpose of this proposed disc, it seems that it is being created only as a
convenience and service to the 3-D community, with a price attached only to
cover expenses.

And on this list, you're not having an intimate conversation with your
cafe-mate.  You're standing up on a platform and giving a speech to untold
numbers of people in public.  This speech may be quoted or reprinted in its
entirety later in a newspaper.

That's how it's different.
