  If you want to build something instead of
spending this much money take a look at my
web page. It has links to some photos of my
small and my large (8 foot) slidebars.

  I probably spend about $25 to build my
small and medium slide bars (including
the sliders to hold two cameras).

  I spent another $30-some to build the
8 footer (for taking fireworks photos).
This one uses the same sliders so the
cost was for just the bar and hardware.
