A few months back I asked Mark Burwick (of Nimstek) this same question.
According to Mark, you can create lenticulars from 35mm negatives not in
series.  You need to specify what sequence they will be printed.  Each
lenticular print is only a few dollars.

Call Mark at Nimstek to make sure they're policy hasn't changed.
