P3D Re: 35mm Stereo format?

Dr.T and BobH write about the stereo format.  As long as we're on the
subject, I think it would be great if the 5P and 7P formats were revised
(for the future, not for existing slides!  8-)  so that the infinity 
homologue spacing on both would be exactly the same.  I know most of
you don't give a rat's fig (is that how you say it?) about the spacing
and totally ignore it, but for those who do use it, the difference is
annoying.  I would vote for 63.5 mm being the spacing since it is easy 
to measure in both metric and in English units.
