P3D location of FAQs isn't clear

Howdy,

  I was browsing through the web-enabled FTP site for this list and couldn't
  find the FAQs. Maybe I'm just retarded, but perhaps it might be a good
  idea to have a direct pointer to wherever the FAQs are in the new member
  e-mail.

  Sorry for being preachy, but it ought to be pretty easy for new members
  to find the FAQs. Keeps the signal-noise ratio down on any list, where
  you've got people who actually want to read the FAQs before posting.

  Aside from that, I'm glad to have discovered this list!
