Frances Walling's passing late January.  She will be missed
in our circuits and PSA"

I had the pleasure of knowing Frances through correspondence
and enjoying her work in the PSA Circuit No. 4.  Most PSA
members know her from her Stereo column in the PSA Journal
which she edited for many years and with great charm.  This 
was the first thing to read when a new Journal arrived home.  
I am sure she will be missed by many.
