P3D 3D-CD Inclusion?

Hi All,

I have a favor to ask... I am finding it harder and harder to stay on
top of personal requests for 3D web site inclusion permission on the
3D-CD project. I had to deal with over 300 e-mail messages yesterday
alone. SO:

I would like to post a blanket invitation to any/all of you who have 3D
related web sites out there. If I have not already contacted you about
including your site on the 3D-CD, would you consider allowing your site
to be included? As previously stated, a link back to your "real" site
will be included so that in the future, people can choose to leave the
CD to come visit the current version of your site.

If you wish to be included, please respond to this message and provide
the follwing information:

1 - You 3D web site URL:

2 - Your name:

3 - Your e-mail address:

4 - Do you agree to allow me (Dan Shelley) to place
    a copy of your current web site on the 3D-CD?
