Jeez, Louise, George! That was my third and most concise attempt at
explaining the thing. I can't keep reposting the same text over and over
again. Right fromt he start my entire argument assumes standard
equipment, available today, within each system. That means the recording
lenses are known. It does not assume Realist close up attachments, custom
viewers, and all sorts of other things that are available to the
resourceful enthusiast.
I agree that I would be in paradise, using your 8P Red-Button viewer on
slides I take with a 44mm lens, and I've already said that before, too.
But it's not a setup anyone can use to popularize stereo, nor is it a setup
a beginner can aquire without significant expense. It's not standard, and
it doesn't apply to my argument.

That's correct. You must have missed my post to that effect (or not gotten
it yet).

I agree. This is not relevant to my argument.
Okay folks. I've probably spent over ten hours composing postings, reading
postings, etc. on this thread over the last three days. I'm through for
now. If any of my fans wants to take over for me, that's okay, but I've
gotta get some work done this week. I've a family to feed.
I'll revisit this topic after I've had a little vacation "in Paradise" with
Dr.T. viewer. With all the hype, I'll probably end up buying it! But I'll
keep shooting 2x2! 2x2 Rules!!!!
Phew!
