You have to remember that some USA members are subscribed via first
class mail ($38) while most are via third class mail ($26).  The
difference in cost should reflect a difference in speed of delivery.
I am close to Columbus OH where SW is mailed from and I am also a
first class subscriber.  Surface mailed subscriptions take longer
to arrive to distant destinations. Foreign subscriptions are mailed via
air mail (at a cost of $56).
