P3D Re: No response to twin camera questions

I put up my first message as a new subscriber the other day but have had no 
reply. My questions have to do with the best choice for twinning among 
current SLR's having TTL flash metering. I've been told by Paul Milligan 
and others that the Minolta X700 will sync closely enough for flash right 
off the shelf. Can anyone comment on this?

Paul Milligan told you that, and you feel you need a second opinion?

My X-700's usually sync fine even with flash - if I had the commercial 
electrical cable releases instead of home-made ones, it might be even more 
reliable.

Another question to ponder - where to place the flash.
