Tom, you forgot to mention one important detail:  Do you wear glasses
or not?

As I recall from our last meeting, you do no wear glasses.  So why  
are you not able to see the 5 perf slides?  How does your eyespacing 
compare with the average 65 mm?  Is there some facial feature that 
prevents you from putting your eyes very close to the lenses?

The good doctor needs to know these details before he can deliver his
diagnosis. :-)
